We Deep dive into fish collagen.
We shared that collagen has 2 type of it.
And will introduce fish scale that is law material of collagen.
As last article, The difference of each collagen is raw material it means fish or pig.
When we manufacture fishcollagen we use fish scale and also doing pig collagen we use pig skin.
Before created fish collagen,Nobody wanted to eat fish scale in the world and we had recognized it’s a waste of eating fish.
However fishcollagen is made by fish scale.
It’s just SDGs isn’t it.
So we think that It’s like a pioneer as ingredient of SDGs.
As we mentioned,We use fish scale for manufacture it.
Do you know what kind of fish scale we use?
The answer is Mainly Tilapia fish scale.
Tilapia is a fresh fish and It’s been eaten all over the world.
It’s not familiar in Japan as tilapia fish but is used as raw material of sushi and it’s called IZUMI DAI.
Why tilapia scale is used for fish collagen?
Tilapia fish is typical for our meal for example in south east asian countries, south american countries etc…
So there are a lot of tilapia farms and the amount of supplying fish scale is stable.That is why we can manufacture and supply it stably to the world.

I think most of people have not seen it.
of course we don’t use raw condition.
We use dried fish scale.（above picture is dried fish scale)
Because if we use raw condition we can’t create high quality collagen.
Depending on smell,color and dry,The quality is different.
So we use dried fish scale.
The important of quality is not only in production line.
A lot of things make high quality!
